Jen is a “natural” for property management and has a broad range of experience to draw upon – 23 years in the insurance industry; 8 years in the legal industry; project management of the construction of two of her own homes; owned property for more than 30 years as well as being a tenant for 5 years has given her personal and first-hand experience on both sides of the fence.
Originally from New Zealand, Jen and her husband were working in Karratha when her husband was transferred to Broome and then ultimately Darwin.
Jen is extremely resourceful and after deciding that she wanted a career which gave mental stimulation together with diversity she decided to study and obtain her property management registration. She was attracted to First National Real Estate as her employer of choice for their culture, brand and support so when a position became available in Broome Jen was in a position to apply rather than wait for an employer to sponsor her through their registration. Over two years later, Jen’s husband was again transferred but this time to Darwin. Without hesitation, Jen approached O’Donoghues First National to join their team.
Jen is passionate about maintaining regular contact and completing tasks in the shortest possible time; while always open to learning more efficient ways of doing things as long as it doesn’t mean cutting corners. Clients love Jen’s outgoing nature and easy communication skills, valuing her ability to get things done in a timely and cost-effective manner.
When you place your investment property in Jennifer’s hands, you can enjoy peace of mind knowing she will give it the same care and attention as you would yourself. You and your investment deserve the best, so give Jen a call today!

home at Stockdale & Leggo in 2011, fitting right in “with the good old fashion values and service” that the company upholds. Not long after, Adrienne had at the opportunity to take over the Darwin franchise and she grasped it with both hands, working tirelessly to build the rent roll organically before moving on to purchase a further rent roll. Her passion was infectious, and it wasn’t long before Rod decided it was time to get off the tools and join the real estate game as well.
Now as Principal Director, Adrienne has a variety of roles in the business; from sales agent and property manager, right down to managing public relations and the office as a whole. A true-blue people-person, Adrienne is deeply energised by the people around her; she loves meeting people and developing rewarding relationships with staff, owners, tenants, vendors and tradesmen. “We are great believers in Karma, what goes around comes around. Lifelong friendships have been made in the Territory and most have started out as vendors or purchasers.” Adrienne is also incredibly proud of her family’s involvement with the business, noting that her son was given an encouragement award for taking over full responsibility of the office when she was not available to do so.
What she brings:
Adrienne brings a wealth of knowledge to her role, which is underlined by an emphasis on customer service and reliability. Having experienced all aspects of real estate as a home-owner, a tenant, a boss and an employee, she can relate to the stakeholders around her on an incredibly personal level. She has an exceptional understanding of all roles and believes that her knowledge of an individual’s situation makes solving problems and finding solutions a whole lot easier to achieve. Equipping herself with a positive, can-do attitude is the key to Adrienne’s success. She also finds that working as a team alongside husband Rod means that they can offer a far superior service to their clients: “Working together on all properties certainly gives us the edge over our competitors. Our clients receive the service they deserve… and all for the same commission you would pay for the one agent!”
Outside of work, Adrienne likes to travel, play Texas holdem poker, and spend time with friends and family.

People know me for my solid and gentle communications skills, and my ability to develop strong relationships with clients. They also know me for my big, wide, happy grin and infectious laugh (my sister Michelle made me write that!)
My core strength is problem solving and keeping the peace. This is mainly due to my gentle nature, my experience and the high expectations and standards that I have maintained (not to mention my fabulous, easy going and happy personality of course!)
After almost 20 years of experience as a Property Manager, my role in our family business as Department Manager includes training new team members, ongoing one on one training and coaching, group training, establishing and monitoring procedures and performance. I pride myself on making a difference – not only to our awesome team, but for our clients who have access to their developed expertise and my experience. I have exceptionally high standards. I am approachable, friendly, moral and fair.
I am born and bred in Darwin, and the elder twin (by two and a half minutes) to Maria. Given that we were womb mates (hahaha!) you’d think we’d need some time apart but no … We grew up together, lived together, worked together, and have the same friends. A true indication of what it is like in our family. We are all very close and relish being in each others lives both personally and professionally – basically all the time!
My passion for close relationships includes the friendships that I have with our lifelong friends that are considered family. I love the Darwin lifestyle which is why I have never left! I relish in the outdoors and love fishing &crabbing adventures and going for walks on the beach with my husband Jon, our son Billy and our dog Bynoe – we live in a beautiful, tropical place that we make the most of.

Originally from England, Charlotte has been a territory resident for over two years now. Leaving home to go travel the world, she heard about Darwin during her tour and decided to settle down after her regional work had come to an end. She loves the laid back way of lifestyle, security and how convenient working and living in Darwin can be.
Beginning work in the industry as soon as she left school in 2006, Charlotte has accumulated a great deal of real estate experience over the past decade. Starting in an administration position at a small family run letting agency while still in the United Kingdom, she then spent three years with Knight Frank working with both property insurance and facilities management. After resettling in Darwin she found herself working in commercial real estate for TIO and soon after their closure Charlotte returned to her traditional role in property management.
Charlotte enjoys that every day is different in her role, and filled with new obstacles to challenge her experience. She knows that thing can change in her role at any second, and that staying alert is all part of her doing the role to the best of her abilities. She has alway felt that a career Property Management is progressive and not a position that leads to a dead end. Property management not only leads to various career pathways but develops the skills needed for advancement in a professional field. She enjoys that her role is both challenging and hold responsibility.
Able to work well on her own initiative and demonstrates the highest levels of motivation and organisation required to achieve objectives for her clients. Charlotte has excellent interpersonal skills, can communicate concisely at all levels, enjoys being part of a successful and productive team and thrive in customer orientated working environments.
